Job Summary: Morysan Comercial is seeking a Paper Bag Machine Operator to convert kraft paper and manufacture finished products, while maintaining machines and production processes. At Morysan Comercial, a leading company in the paper industry, we are seeking a Paper Bag Machine Operator to convert kraft paper and manufacture our finished products. Requirements: * Experience: 3 to 4 years operating bag-making machines (kraft paper preferred) * Knowledge of 4- to 6-color printing machines with common and automatic bottom bagging lines * Education: High school diploma or technical vocational training Responsibilities: * **Operate machines**, maintaining tools in optimal condition and according to required specifications. (Loading dimensions, adjustments, raw materials) * Understand the **production process** to respond appropriately in case of operational failure. * Meet scheduled production targets, verifying—per established documentation—that the required **tools, supplies, and raw materials** specified in the product specifications are available. * Complete daily production reports for your machine and any other applicable reports. * Perform **order and cleanliness** activities in your area together with the crew. * Execute the **autonomous maintenance program**. * Perform **line clearance** for each changeover.
