DE C.V.\*\* Position:\*\* ATOMIZED MECHANIC \- \*\*Job Summary\*\* We are seeking an experienced Atomized Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of atomization machinery, ensuring optimal operation and contributing to production efficiency. \- \*\*Job Responsibilities\*\* * Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on atomization equipment, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of worn components. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures in atomization machinery. * Interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals for maintenance and troubleshooting. * Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational continuity. * Perform precise adjustments and calibrations on equipment to optimize atomization process performance. * Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, component replacements, and downtime. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and standard operating procedures. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new atomization equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and maintenance workshop. \- \*\*Job Qualifications\*\* * Technical education in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience as a mechanic in industrial environments, preferably with atomization machinery or material processing equipment. * Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fundamentals of industrial electricity. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. * Experience using diagnostic and measurement tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail. * Availability to work shifts and overtime as required. * Welding experience (SMAW, TIG) and forklift operation (valid license) will be considered an advantage. * Commitment to workplace safety. **What Crown Offers You** ------------------------- * Strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees * The opportunity to build a meaningful career * Professional and personal development through training and work experiences **Join us and become part of a team of professionals who are passionate about sustainable packaging!** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Working Together** Working Together is one of the five pillars that make up our Twentyby30™ program.
