Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor with customer service background to identify customer needs, advise on products, and follow up on sales—maintaining order and professionalism. Excellent work environment ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Advise customers on products and brands to close sales. * Follow up on the sales process until final delivery. * Assist with product displays and organization of floor and tile materials. * Maintain cleanliness and order in your assigned area while wearing the designated uniform. * Provide professional service and interaction with customers and suppliers. * Track orders, handle after-sales support, and assist across various branch departments. ### **We Offer:** * **Base salary:** $2,000 weekly. * **Bi-weekly commissions:** additional $3,000 to $6,000. * **Free and continuous training.** * Complimentary uniforms (periodically renewed). * 1.5-hour lunch break. * Opportunity for growth. * Excellent work environment. ### **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Sundays off.** ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service. * **Skills:** Strong verbal communication, negotiation ability, customer orientation, stress tolerance, positive attitude. * **Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.** ### **Key Skills:** * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Negotiation and persuasion * Empathy and positive attitude * Problem solving * Teamwork * Adaptability * Stress tolerance
