




Position Title: **Warehouse Clerk** Pursuant to Section III of Article 25 and Article 27 of the Federal Labor Law, the employee shall perform the following duties under the position stated above: * Receive, inspect, and record materials, tools, equipment, and supplies entering the warehouse, ensuring their integrity and conformity with purchase orders. * Properly organize and safeguard products in the warehouse according to criteria of order, safety, and accessibility. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital inventories of all materials and assets under custody, conducting periodic counts and physical inventories as required. * Control the release of materials and tools through authorized requisitions, ensuring delivery to the appropriate personnel. * Track and manage custody records for equipment, tools, and materials issued to staff, verifying timely and proper return. * Document receipts, issuances, returns, losses, and internal movements in the company’s management systems. * Manage and update virtual warehouses for various ongoing construction sites and projects nationwide, ensuring inventory movements are accurately reflected by location and responsible party. * Coordinate with site supervisors to verify consumption, deliveries, surplus items, and specific logistical requirements for each project. * Ensure appropriate storage conditions for sensitive materials (temperature, humidity, security). * Prepare reports on stock levels, project-based consumption, unusual movements, and minimum stock thresholds to support strategic decision-making. * Follow up on material requests from different departments, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams. * Ensure the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and properly signposted, complying with industrial safety guidelines. * Report any incidents, anomalies, or shortages detected and propose improvements to materials management. * Participate in internal or external audits related to assets, inventories, or logistics processes. * Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to manage and record uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other supplies issued to staff. * As well as any other duties assigned by the company related to the employee’s professional and specialized technical capabilities, including inherent, ancillary, or complementary tasks associated with the primary role, performed with the level of responsibility, care, and diligence appropriate to the nature of the position and the company’s corporate purpose.
