Job Summary: We are seeking a Floor Sales Associate with sales and customer service experience to work at kiosks or island counters in shopping malls. Key Highlights: 1. Uncapped commissions **FLOOR SALES ASSOCIATE AT PASEO INTERLOMAS POINT OF SALE** At **GRUPO MOBICEN**, we specialize in the sale and distribution of mobile phone accessories through points of sale located in shopping malls across CDMX, MONTERREY, GUADALAJARA, ACAPULCO, AND PUEBLA. Due to expansion, we are seeking personnel with **MANDATORY SALES EXPERIENCE**, to work at our kiosks or island counters inside shopping malls. REQUIREMENTS: * Age between 20 and 35 years. * **MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF FLOOR SALES EXPERIENCE (VERIFIABLE).** * Experience in similar roles such as promoters, street-level sales, counter sales, etc. * Customer service and sales skills are **MANDATORY.** * Cash handling and terminal-based payment processing. * **FLEXIBILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS** RESPONSIBILITIES: * **CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES** * **SALES ACTIVITIES** * Inventory support (verify merchandise is in perfect condition) * Cleaning of point of sale * Processing payments, daily cash reconciliations, and cash drawer audits * Shift handover WE OFFER: * **Base salary of $8,400\. monthly (net), paid biweekly on the 3rd and 18th of each month** * **1\.5% commission (average $2,000–$4,000\)** * Uncapped commissions. * Growth and development opportunity * Productivity bonus. * **No social security benefits; only vacation and year-end bonus (aguinaldo).** **ROTATING SCHEDULES (NO FIXED SHIFTS)** * Monday to Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM OR 3 PM–9 PM * TWO DAYS PER WEEK REQUIRE OPENING AND CLOSING DUTIES * One weekday day off **WHATSAPP WITH LIC.
