Cold Bar Supervisor – HAAB CAFÉ We are seeking a Cold Bar Supervisor to oversee and execute the production and service of cold dishes, ensuring speed, order, consistency, and attractive presentation during operations. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and assembly of salads, bowls, toastadas, wraps, and other cold bar items. * Follow recipes, portion sizes, procedures, and established standards. * Keep the station well-stocked and organized during service. * Perform daily production and necessary mise en place for operations. * Monitor freshness, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients. * Assist with inventories and report shortages or losses. * Coordinate timing with hot kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service flow. * Supervise ongoing cleanliness and organization of the station. * Ensure visual quality and consistency in every dish. * Report operational incidents or needs to the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Experience in cold kitchen, brunch, cafeteria, or healthy\-casual cuisine. * Speed and strong organizational skills during service. * Attention to detail and sense of presentation. * Cleanliness and orderly work habits. * Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency. * Experience with production, inventory management, and basic ingredient handling is desirable. Important: We seek an operational, organized, and consistent individual who can maintain a clean, fast, and well-executed cold bar even during peak demand periods.
