Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented **Unit Price Analyst** with solid technical experience to join our engineering and cost estimation team. The primary objective of this position is to integrate budgets, conduct cost analyses, develop unit price matrices, and structure competitive technical\-economic proposals for construction projects (residential, commercial, and/or public works).
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Matrix Integration:** Develop and analyze unit price matrices (materials, labor, tools, and equipment).
* **Budgeting and Estimation:** Prepare baseline budgets, generative figures, concept catalogs, and construction schedules.
* **Market Research:** Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain updated cost databases.
* **Tender Support:** Assist in preparing technical and economic proposals for public and/or private tenders and bidding processes.
* **Financial Analysis:** Determine indirect costs, financing costs, profit margins, and additional charges applicable to direct costs.
**Candidate Requirements**
* **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture** (Professional license preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles within the construction industry.
* **Technical Software:** Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (please specify which ones are used, e.g., **Neodata, Opus, or Presto**) and **AutoCAD**.
* **Additional Skills:** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; accurate reading and interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings.
* **Competencies:** Strong organizational sense, analytical ability, results orientation, integrity, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month
