Opportunity for professional growth and job stability **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Unit Price Analyst** with solid experience in public and private construction projects focused on urban infrastructure and multifamily housing. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in preparing and integrating unit prices, quantifying construction volumes, and analyzing bidding proposals, as well as a high sense of responsibility and commitment. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and integration of unit prices. * Participation in public and private construction bidding processes. * Quantification of construction volumes from drawings. * Generation of item catalogs. * Calculation of FSR, indirect costs, profit, and financing. * Construction reconciliations. * Analysis and presentation of technical and economic proposals. * Coordination with technical, administrative, and supervision departments. * Occasional attendance at site visits or technical meetings. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * **Professional degree (mandatory).** * Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in this position. * Advanced proficiency in **OPUS and/or Neodata**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Advanced knowledge of **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred). * Familiarity with planning software (Microsoft Project, Primavera) is desirable. * Knowledge of the Public Works Law (federal, state, and municipal). * Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Flexible working hours. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical ability and decision-making skills * Teamwork * Commitment and integrity * Organization and time management * Effective communication * Stress tolerance and adherence to deadlines **Benefits Offered:** * **Statutory benefits** * **Competitive salary** * **Weekly payment** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturday, half-day * Opportunity for professional growth * Job stability within a company with expanding projects * Punctuality bonus Salary: $4,500\.00 \- $6,000\.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
