We are looking for a **Public Works Tender Analyst** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor public works tenders on official platforms. * Prepare economic budgets and itemized cost catalogs. * Compile technical and economic proposals. * Advanced use of **OPUS and NEODATA** for budgeting. * Review tender documents, technical annexes, and legal requirements. * Prepare and submit documentation for public bidding processes. * Monitor clarification meetings, award decisions, and contracts. * Coordinate with technical, administrative, and legal departments. **Essential Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder or intern). * **Proven experience in public works tenders**. * **Mandatory and advanced proficiency in OPUS and NEODATA**. * Experience preparing **economic budgets**. * Knowledge of tender processes (tender documents, clarification meetings, award decisions). * Familiarity with the Public Works Law and related services regulations. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Positive work environment. **Work Location** * Santa Fe Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
