One year of experience in technical support for hardware, software, and networks. Responsibilities: * Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents that cannot be addressed at the first-level support tier. * Perform software updates, apply security patches, and optimize system performance. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resolved incidents, implemented solutions, and support procedures. * Prepare periodic reports on IT support performance and incident trend analysis.
