An engineering and construction project company is seeking to hire a Technical Draftsperson with experience in developing drawings for electromechanical and industrial/commercial construction projects. Position Profile We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong technical interpretation skills, capable of developing and updating engineering drawings for construction projects, electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and special systems. Requirements \* Advanced proficiency in: \* AutoCAD \* SolidWorks \* Experience in preparing: \* Construction drawings \* Electrical drawings \* HVAC drawings \* Plumbing drawings \* Isometric drawings \* Technical diagrams and details \* Layouts and field surveys \* Interpretation of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings \* Basic/intermediate knowledge of technical standards and symbols \* Experience coordinating information across disciplines \* Ability to produce: \* As-built drawings \* Engineering revisions \* Basic material take-offs \* Desired knowledge of: \* Revit \* 3D modeling \* Fire protection systems \* Industrial piping \* Interference detection Key Responsibilities \* Preparation and updating of technical drawings \* Development of construction details \* Support in project engineering \* Coordination with site supervision and engineering teams \* Organization and document control of drawings \* Generation of fabrication and installation drawings \* Field surveys when required \* Tracking of project changes and revisions Skills \* Attention to detail \* Sense of urgency \* Effective communication \* Organization \* Teamwork \* Ability to solve technical problems We Offer \* Competitive salary based on experience \* Growth opportunities \* Involvement in industrial and commercial projects \* Professional development within the engineering and construction field Location Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua Interested Candidates Please submit your CV and portfolio/projects completed.
