We are seeking **YOUR TALENT**, as a **SAFETY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISOR**, for **VILLA DE POZOS, SAN LUIS POTOSI**. One-month project-based assignment **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prevent accidents/injuries during the execution of any work * Ensure personnel safety and optimal working conditions to mitigate occupational hazards * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Generate corresponding safety and hygiene reports * Ensure implementation of occupational safety and health work plans * Conduct risk analyses and define safety measures * Develop procedures, checklists, and emergency response plans * Ensure compliance with safety standards by contractors and visitors * Deliver safety and hygiene training * Conduct safety talks aligned with applicable STPS and environmental regulations **WHAT WE VALUE:** * Knowledge and application of current regulations and legislation related to Safety and Hygiene, Sanitation, and Environment (STPS, ISO, OSHA) * Risk analysis for critical tasks (e.g., work at height, confined space entry, hot work, cutting and welding, lifting operations, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Safety and Hygiene, Environmental, Industrial, Civil, Occupational Health, or related fields; or a relevant technical degree * Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction projects or industrial safety operation services as a supervisor * Demonstrable knowledge in contractor and supplier management, application of STPS regulations, Civil Protection, IMSS, and Environmental regulations; implementation of NOM-031-STPS-2011-Construction; emergency response plans on construction sites; risk analysis for construction activities; first aid; CPR * Knowledge of Walmart format is desirable but not mandatory **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Personal protective equipment (PPE) * Direct employment by OCA Global Mexico Interested candidates meeting the profile are encouraged to apply via this channel. **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=690a40793f00003c00ec5cef\&source\=indeed*
