Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Job Objective:** Manage the Commercial Lines Property & Casualty portfolio, meeting committed service levels and ensuring adherence to underwriting policies and portfolio maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage the assigned portfolio by monitoring portfolio renewals and effectiveness in closing new business, aiming to achieve the expected budget while ensuring business profitability. * * Responsible for servicing brokers and distribution channels within the region with a technical-commercial approach. * Monitor loss trend analysis of the portfolio using available applications, to implement timely and appropriate corrective actions through the team under supervision, thereby achieving expected profitability. Coordinate engineering visits, identifying clients based on underwriting guidelines or specific characteristics requiring such visits, to better understand and mitigate portfolio volatility risk. * Manage underwriting team response times using institutional applications to ensure compliance with committed service levels. * **Key Requirements:** * Academic Background: Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration. * Language: Basic–Intermediate. * Type and Duration of Experience: Minimum 3 years in underwriting within the Property & Casualty line. * Knowledge: Property & Casualty insurance risks (property, various technical and miscellaneous), PML and P&L analysis. * Tools: Advanced Excel and Word, Microsoft Office suite, AI tools. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Negotiation skills * Results orientation * Strategic vision **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a pathway to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
