Opportunity to propose technical solutions to chronic problems. **MAS**, a Mexican cargo airline that commenced operations in April 1992 and has since been a benchmark in our country as one of the most innovative in its processes and in the modernity of its fleet, seeks to fill the position of: ***Structures Engineer and Maintenance Programs Engineer*** ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Graduate in Aeronautical Engineering. * Knowledge of and experience using aircraft manuals, aviation regulations, directive analysis, and service bulletins. * Experience in developing and monitoring structural damage maps for aircraft in the fleet. * Knowledge of Aerostructures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, maintenance management software, databases, Boeing website, and OEM websites. * Advanced English. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, administer, and update the aircraft Maintenance Program in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and current aviation regulations. * Analyze Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and supplemental inspections. * Record and update tasks, required materials, and estimated times in the maintenance control system. * Support maintenance planning for system adjustments and work extensions. * Monitor Hard Time component projections and customize intervals per aircraft. * Issue compliance reports for directives and service bulletins. * Analyze chronic maintenance issues and propose viable technical solutions.
