In a constantly evolving market, we offer a creative, stable, and purpose-driven work environment. **Industrial Design or Industrial Engineering Intern** We seek an intern with interest in design and manufacturing, focused on developing wooden skids. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to learn and participate in the full process of skid design, assembly, and adjustment, using cleats, cutting machinery, and various specialized tools. **Responsibilities:** * Support the design and development of wooden skids according to customer or production requirements. * Interpret blueprints and translate them into functional designs for manufacturing. * Collaborate in skid assembly using cleats and hand tools. * Operate and learn the use of cutting machines and related equipment. * Participate in improving design and manufacturing processes. * Perform adjustments and modifications to existing designs as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in structural product design (metal, plastic, furniture, packaging, or automotive). * Proficiency in design software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. * Preferred: familiarity with ArtiosCAD, Esko, or die-cutting design. * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Interest in manufacturing processes and technical design. * Basic knowledge of technical drawing or design software (preferred). * Manual dexterity and willingness to engage in hands-on work. * **MUST HAVE FACULTATIVE HEALTH INSURANCE.** **Benefits:** * Weekly stipend * Professional development plan within a growing industry. * Creative projects with direct impact on the final product. * Collaborative work environment focused on sustainability.
