Coordinate with development, QA, and release teams during deployments We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to support service health monitoring, deployment promotions, and troubleshooting across CI/CD and Kubernetes environments. This role focuses on monitoring applications, executing Azure DevOps release pipelines, investigating deployment issues, and ensuring smooth production and non\-production releases. **Responsibilities** * Monitor application and service health using ArgoCD and Grafana * Execute and manage service promotions through Azure DevOps pipelines * Validate deployments and support rollback or recovery activities when needed * Investigate pipeline, Kubernetes, and deployment\-related failures * Troubleshoot issues using tools such as K9s, kubectl, ArgoCD, and logs and events analysis * Coordinate with development, QA, and release teams during deployments * Report deployment results, issues, risks, and resolution status to stakeholders * Maintain release documentation and operational tracking **Requirements** * At least 3 years of relevant professional experience * Hands\-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment troubleshooting * Strong knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps\-based deployments * Practical Kubernetes experience, including pods, deployments, logs, events, and rollouts * Hands\-on experience with kubectl, Grafana, and other monitoring tools * Solid understanding of Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and Git workflows * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues * Ability to work under pressure during releases or incidents * Detail\-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership * Proactive problem\-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2\+ level or higher) **Nice to have** * Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross\-functional teams * Hands\-on experience with Docker for containerized application development * Familiarity with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting * Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud environments * Basic scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks * Familiarity with production support, incident management, and rollback procedures * Knowledge of networking concepts, secrets management, and microservices\-based environments
