If so, Grundfos has an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior CSSC Proposals Engineer.* **What is the job about?** As a Senior Customer Sales \& Support Center (CSSC) Proposals Engineer, you will contribute to a high‑performing CSSC Proposal team by providing timely and effective technical support for incoming inquiries. You will act as a subject matter expert, delivering world‑class customer service by handling complex and escalated customer inquiries and quotations. In this role, you will also support and guide the CSSC Back Office team and contribute to internal training initiatives. This position reports to our CSSC Manager and operates in a hybrid model from our Apodaca or Monterrey, NL or Mexico City facility. Please note that relocation is not supported for this role. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship. **Your main responsibilities:*** Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installation, and pricing, ensuring solutions are functional in practice. * Identify and implement value‑added services while strengthening customer relationships. * Support sales teams with tenders and projects, including dimensions, specifications, calculations, delivery times, and operation and maintenance considerations. * Identify business opportunities and smoothly hand them over to the external sales team. * Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to the CSSC Back Office teams and Application Engineers. * Act as a deputy in a local team setting when required by leadership. **Your background** We imagine that you have:* A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience (minimum 7\+ years of relevant experience). * Previous experience in Customer Service, with strong administrative, organizational, and accountability skills. * Knowledge of business structures, products, and key markets needs to deliver a customer‑centric experience. * Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Fundamental product and application knowledge (e.g., interpreting type keys, distinguishing pumps from spare parts, kits vs. motors, and understanding product origin—preferred but not essential). * Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent written and spoken English. **What’s in it for you?** What are your goals?
