Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Architect or Civil Engineer focused on control and supervision of residential construction, problem-solving, and fieldwork. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and control of construction in residential projects. 2. Coordination of personnel and supervision of structure and finishes. 3. Support in the correct execution according to the project. At LFG Arquitectura, we are looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer focused on **residential construction control and supervision**, with a proactive attitude, problem-solving orientation, and enthusiasm for fieldwork. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of construction in residential projects * Monitoring of construction progress * Preparation of progress reports * Coordination and management of on-site personnel * Supervision of structure and finishes * Support in the correct execution according to the project **Requirements:** * Architect or Civil Engineer * Minimum 2 years of experience in residential projects * Personal vehicle required * Proactive, organized, and capable of problem-solving * Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary:** * $15,000 to $18,000 monthly (based on experience) **Location:** * Metropolitan Area of Monterrey If you are interested in joining our team and growing professionally in the field of residential construction, please send us your CV.
