Project Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to develop and integrate architectural projects, prepare construction details, and supervise construction work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural project development and integration. 2. Preparation of construction details and architectural presentations. 3. On-site project supervision and delivery of drawings to site supervisors and contractors. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with proficiency in: * AutoCAD 2D and 3D, intermediate and/or advanced level. * Revit * SketchUp + V-Ray * Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities: * Architectural project development and integration. * Preparation of construction details. * Preparation of meeting minutes and on-site project supervision. * Preparation of architectural presentations. * Preparation of reports and updates to the executive project. * Delivery of drawings to site supervisors and contractors. **Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential project designer for both horizontal and vertical housing.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
