Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, visualization, and digital animation to generate accurate and photorealistic representations of projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of photorealistic interior and exterior renders 2. Production of animations and virtual tours 3. Collaboration on visual content for various platforms \* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. **Portfolio submission is mandatory with the application.** \* Minimum **3 years of experience** in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, visualization, and digital animation. **Technical Skills:** 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop. AI proficiency (KREA) \* Responsibilities: 1\. Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to generate precise three-dimensional representations. 2\. Create photorealistic renders of interiors, exteriors, and urban environments according to design specifications. 3\. Produce animations, virtual tours, and promotional videos for projects. 4\. Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, and Marketing departments to adapt visual materials for campaigns and presentations. 5\. Maintain an updated digital catalog of institutional images, materials, and textures. 6\. Propose visual or conceptual improvements to enhance project presentations. 7\. Ensure fidelity of 3D models to approved technical drawings. 8\. Adhere to project delivery schedules and confidentiality guidelines. 9\. Collaborate in generating visual content for social media, brochures, 360° renders, and augmented reality. 10\.
