Recruitment and Selection Analyst – Construction Projects We are seeking talent with recruitment experience for industrial, Oil & Gas, and electrical sector projects. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience for industrial construction, Oil & Gas, or electrical projects * Experience recruiting technical, operational, and administrative profiles for industrial or energy projects Profiles to be recruited: * Site Residents and Supervisors * HSE / Industrial Safety Supervisors * Superintendents * Electrical, Electromechanical, and Instrumentation Engineers * QA/QC * Construction Planning and Control * Cost Estimation and Budgeting * Technical Procurement * Electrical Technicians and Instrumentation Technicians * Welders, Pipefitters, and Sheet Metal Workers * Specialized Operational Staff Desirable knowledge: * Operational and mass recruitment * Document integration for site onboarding * Handling of DC-3 and certifications * Project-based vacancy coverage * Recruitment metrics * Familiarity with the industrial and energy environment Competencies: Sense of urgency, organization, negotiation, effective communication, working under pressure, and results orientation.
