Job Summary: Responsible for the effectiveness and integration of the quality management system, establishing objectives, ensuring resources, and implementing continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the integration and effectiveness of the quality management system. 2. Develop and implement inspection and evaluation standards. 3. Coordinate corrective actions and process improvements. Description and Details of Activities 1\. Assume responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS). 2\. Ensure that the quality policy and quality objectives for the QMS are established and aligned with the organization’s context and strategic direction. 3\. Ensure integration of QMS requirements into the organization’s business processes. 4\. Ensure that resources necessary for the quality management system are available. 5\. Ensure that the quality management system achieves intended results. 6\. Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation standards and methods for production. 7\. Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, testing, and/or integration to ensure product and component quality. 8\. Implement Corrective Action Plans, including root cause analysis. 9\. Analyze customer complaints and returns and coordinate with other departments to implement corrective actions. 10\. Prepare required reports and communicate significant issues or findings identified during quality activities, presenting improvement recommendations to Management. 11\. Responsible for coordinating correct material identification, as well as sorting and segregation of nonconforming material. 12\. Design quality procedures, standards, and specifications, implement them, and ensure their proper functioning. 13\. Responsible for maintaining implementation and certification of the ISO 9001 quality management system. Experience and Requirements * **DESIRED EXPERIENCE IN THE CORRUGATED BOARD INDUSTRY** * Good knowledge of various customer quality systems and standards. * Must understand the company’s organizational structure, as well as development and mass production processes. * Advanced level of English. * 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
