Job Summary: Dale Desarrollos is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure compliance with standards and specifications in construction processes, supporting quality management. Key Highlights: 1. Verify the quality of materials, equipment, and construction processes in the field. 2. Prepare and monitor non-conformance reports and corrective actions. 3. Participate in technical inspections with supervisors and external laboratories. **Dale Desarrollos** A company dedicated to the construction of industrial warehouses and plants, residential buildings, and commercial real estate. **Seeking a Quality Analyst** Perform tracking, analysis, and documentation of construction processes to verify compliance with established quality standards, project specifications, and applicable technical standards. Support the identification of deviations and ensure proper quality management throughout the project lifecycle. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify the quality of materials, equipment, and construction processes in the field. * Prepare and monitor non-conformance reports, incidents, and corrective actions. * Maintain quality document control: logs, technical data sheets, material certificates, laboratory reports, etc. * Analyze test results (concrete, steel, soil, welding) and report deviations. * Participate in technical inspections alongside supervisors, contractors, and external laboratories. * Verify compliance with construction procedures according to national standards. **Position Profile:** * Age: 28 \- 35 years * Technical degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control for civil works or construction projects * Valid driver's license required **Technical Knowledge:** * Construction regulations * Reading and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications * Laboratory testing and material testing * Control of construction processes (foundations, structure, finishes, installations) * Software: AutoCAD, Neodata **We Offer** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 100% IMSS health insurance * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Working hours: 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday * Grocery vouchers (fully included in your salary) * Banco Santander
