We seek a Project Leaders Coordinator with certification or expertise in Project Management to lead key initiatives and ensure efficient execution of operational objectives. **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in a related field (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar). \- Certification or solid knowledge in Project Management / PMI / Scrum / Agile. \- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and tracking KPIs. \- Analytical ability, effective communication, and collaborative leadership. \- Proficiency with management tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, Advanced Excel). **Main Responsibilities** \- Coordinate project leaders and ensure adherence to schedules. \- Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables for each initiative. \- Report results to senior management and propose continuous improvements. \- Foster team integration and development within the project team. **We Offer** \- Competitive salary commensurate with experience. \- Monday to Friday working hours. \- Collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation. \- Professional growth opportunities.
