Responsibilities * Development of executive architectural projects * Preparation of construction drawings * Coordination with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP) * Review of CDMX regulations * Generation of basic quantity take-offs * Support in permitting procedures and construction adjustments * Modeling in Revit / AutoCAD Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * 3+ years of experience in high-rise residential projects * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD * Experience with Revit * Knowledge of the CDMX Construction Regulations * Experience coordinating engineering disciplines Desirable * Knowledge of quantity take-offs We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Stability and continuous projects * Opportunity for growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Project architect: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
