A real estate and residential development company is seeking a **Project Architect**, focused on the development of executive projects: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. * **Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in:** * Architectural and urban project development for residential developments or residential real estate projects. * Residential developments and residential real estate projects. * Advanced proficiency in: **AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp** * Urban and construction regulations. * Knowledge of construction work and construction processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of executive projects. * Preparation and updating of executive architectural drawings. * Development of construction details: Facades, vertical cores, technical rooms, sidewalks, ramps. * Integration of technical specifications into drawings. * Adjustments arising from internal reviews and interdisciplinary coordination. * Coordination of external designers. * Technical follow-up and support on construction-related matters. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Medium-term professional development. * Excellent working environment. * Participation in high-impact projects.
