We are seeking personnel for: * Conducting conceptual and schematic design of high-end residential homes and vertical developments with premium finishes. * Proposing designs and spatial layouts. * Researching and gathering information to achieve project objectives. With the ability to: * Generate and propose design ideas. * Use various representation techniques. * **Freehand drawing (Mandatory)** * **Express designs through sketches** * Prioritize tasks to achieve objectives. * Work collaboratively in a team. * Handle oral and written communication to maintain assertive communication with internal and external clients. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design (mandatory). Must demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and teamwork. Advanced AutoCAD. Basic Revit. **Portfolio mandatory.** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term position. Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month. Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract.
