Technical collaboration with various departments ### **Description** Ensure the development and implementation of new products and improvement of existing products, optimizing their costs and design in coordination with Product Management, while providing timely and reliable technical information.### **Key Responsibilities** * Development and manufacturing of fire protection equipment and hydropneumatic systems * Review and diagnostics of general warranty equipment. * Reporting of non-conforming or defective products. * Technical service and consultations. * Corrective maintenance of plant machinery. * Requesting consumable materials for the plant (monthly consumables). * Providing technical information to sales agents. * Contacting suppliers to purchase materials. * Pump equipment testing in tanks. * Leading new product development projects. * Providing continuous feedback to the Marketing department on topics supporting the marketing strategic plan. ### **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** Proficiency in design software, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, and technical and collaborative interaction with various functional departments.### **About Franklin Electric** Franklin Electric is a global leader in water and energy systems, committed to continuous improvement and innovation to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
