We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** To deliver outpatient pediatric specialty services at the Banorte Medical Unit CDMX for active employees’ children under both health plans (traditional and new health plan), addressing medical issues or conducting healthy child follow-ups. Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, where you will be responsible for: * Providing high-quality and warm outpatient care within your assigned scope, ensuring accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatments. * Ensuring clinical and cost-effectiveness consistency between diagnoses and treatments. * Prescribing medical treatment using the applicable Medication Catalog. * Healthy child follow-up. * Management of vaccination records. * Promotion of preventive actions based on situational health assessments of the population. * Management of minor emergencies. * Coordination with the Health and Wellness Program for patient follow-up. * Referral to hospitals in cases of genuine emergencies. * Preparation of statistical reports corresponding to services rendered during scheduled working hours. **Requirements:** Professional Qualifications: * Pediatrician (male or female) * Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years * Ability to work under pressure * Areas of expertise: Formulating diagnoses and therapeutic plans; correctly interpreting laboratory and imaging test results. * Identifying cases requiring referral to specialist physicians or higher levels of healthcare. * Knowledge of primary and secondary prevention methods for diseases related to pediatrics. * Developing and promoting preventive medicine campaigns for children. * Healthy child follow-up, etc. * Required knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite * Languages: Not required * Schedule availability: Yes * Willingness to travel: No * Willingness to relocate: No At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
