Tracks each work order in detail within the JDE system. Leads and coordinates production operations and plans. Manages and ensures raw material supply to production processes and verifies that materials are properly identified and approved by Quality Assurance. Ensures all documentation is prepared in advance before production begins. Conducts line clearance in the assigned area. Inspects 100% of printed materials required for their area or production line. Returns raw materials to the staging area when applicable after batch production is completed. Ensures timely submission of Device History Records (DHRs) to Quality and follows up on batch release. Responsible for training direct staff on production lines and/or equipment per the training matrix, applicable Manufacturing Procedures (MPs), visual aids, and safety rules; ensuring understanding and correct execution. Trains assigned staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) and ensures daily compliance by personnel under training. Maintains up-to-date training records for all employees in the assigned area. Maintains inventory control of solvent devices and ensures they remain in good condition. Performs pull/seal tests at shift start-up during catalog changes and monitors Doboy, FFS, and Autobagger operations where applicable. Records captured data in the SPC system. Covers breaks for general production operators during the shift. Reports potential risks negatively affecting product manufacturing. Performs other duties as required. **Education and Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
