Definition of platforms and calculation of networks according to standards **UBK Corporate is seeking a Network and Platform Design Engineer in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UBK Corporate, a real estate developer with over 20 years of experience in housing development, is currently seeking new talent as a Network and Platform Design Engineer. **Job Objective:** To comprehensively design and model the technical infrastructure of residential developments, ensuring optimal project utilization through platform, level, and network design while strictly adhering to current local regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Platform Design:** Define excavation levels and grade elevations to optimize earthwork movement (earthwork balance). * **Network Design:** Calculation and layout of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks according to standards. * **Surveying Office:** Processing field data to create accurate digital terrain models. * **Regulatory Management:** Ensure drawings comply with technical guidelines issued by local authorities (e.g., SAPA, Public Works, or federal agencies) for approval. * **Quantification:** Generation of construction volume tables for budgeting purposes. **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil or Surveying Engineering degree (certified graduate). * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **CivilCAD** (mandatory) * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years designing residential subdivisions or urban complexes. * **Knowledge:** All aspects related to infrastructure (soil mechanics, surveying, etc.) **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday work schedule Work location: Santa Fe **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- certified graduate **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Architecture **Industry:** Civil Engineering **Skills:** * adaptability * proactivity * organization *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0f38205200005200c5eae9\&source\=indeed*
