National Litigation Head **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León (Onsite) **Salary:** $40,000\.00 MXN gross per month **Position Type:** Full-time **Role Summary** Do you have an outstanding track record in strategically directing judicial proceedings and safeguarding corporate assets? We are seeking a **National Litigation Head** with strong leadership and solid legal vision. You will be directly responsible for designing, leading, and supervising the organization’s national legal strategy, ensuring optimal defense and efficient management of judicial, administrative, and extrajudicial proceedings. **Key Responsibilities** * **Legal Strategy:** Design and implement the national litigation strategy across key areas (civil, commercial, labor, administrative, criminal, and corporate). * **Case Management:** Supervise strict tracking and control of lawsuits, claims, amparos (constitutional protection actions), responses, and various legal appeals. * **Team and Law Firm Management:** Coordinate, guide, and evaluate the performance of internal legal counsel, as well as supervise relationships and outcomes of external law firms nationwide. * **Risk Mitigation:** Proactively analyze operational legal contingencies and issue preventive recommendations to senior management. * **Legal Representation:** Serve as the organization’s legal representative before judicial, administrative, and governmental authorities. **Mandatory Requirements (Exclusionary Hiring Filters)** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Law** (Professional License required). * *Preferred:* Specialization or Master’s degree in Procedural Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law, or related field. * **General Experience:** Minimum **8–12 years of experience** practicing in corporate litigation or at law firms. * **Leadership Experience:** Minimum **4 verifiable years** in leadership, senior coordination, or legal management roles, leading teams. * **Sector-Specific Experience (Mandatory):** Must have worked **strictly** within the **Insurance sector (Property & Casualty / P\&C)** or in **Law Firms / Legal Practices (boutique or corporate)** specializing in complex litigation. * **Scope:** Verifiable experience managing and coordinating litigation on a national scale. * **Employment Stability:** Demonstrated professional stability in prior positions. **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed monthly salary of **$40,000\.00 MXN gross**. * **Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM)**. * **Life Insurance**. * **Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements**. * Performance-based bonuses. * Continuous legal training and genuine opportunities for professional development.
