We are seeking specialized personnel to join our physical security team in the position of **CCTV Monitor**. Job Description **Objective:** Ensure the physical integrity of facilities, protection of assets, and safety of staff and visitors through continuous monitoring, analysis of video surveillance systems, and timely activation of emergency protocols upon detection of incidents within the institution. Job Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles involving electronic security and CCTV system monitoring. * **Technical Knowledge:** Operation of video matrices, alarm systems, interpretation of camera layout diagrams, and risk prevention measures. * **Investigation:** Ability to analyze recordings, detect suspicious behavior, and collect digital evidence for internal investigations. * **Professional Appearance:** Excellent personal presentation aligned with corporate standards and the solemnity expected by the institution. * **Availability:** Flexibility in scheduling to cover operational shifts as required by service needs. * **Education:** Completed high school or vocational training. Key Responsibilities * **Operational Monitoring:** Continuously monitor CCTV displays to identify risk conditions, unauthorized access, or anomalies across facilities. * **Risk Management:** Activate emergency protocols and coordinate with public security agencies and Civil Protection authorities in case of accidents or incidents. * **Administration and Control:** Prepare daily incident reports, monitoring logs, and maintain auditable documentation on system status. * **Primary Technical Maintenance:** Report technical failures, signal loss, or maintenance requirements for electronic security equipment and cameras. * **Communication Coordination:** Maintain effective radio communication with on-site security guards to coordinate responses to detected events.
