Position Summary: SMS Mexico is seeking a Mobile Phone Technician to provide technical support to Samsung device users, perform assembly and disassembly of devices, and resolve hardware and software issues. We partner with clients worldwide to deliver customized services by combining cutting-edge technology, advanced engineering, and a consistent track record of innovation. **We Are Looking For: Mobile Phone Technician** **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to Samsung device users. * Perform assembly and disassembly of mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches. * Resolve hardware and software issues on customers' devices. * Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels. **Requirements:** * Experience in assembly and disassembly of mobile phones and/or tablets. * Prior experience in technical support and customer service. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software. * Passion for technology and customer service. * Completed high school diploma or a technical degree in engineering (Systems, Computer Science, or related field). **We Offer:** * Base salary: $11,000\. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements (grocery vouchers, savings fund, additional vacation days, enhanced vacation bonus, among others). * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week, shifts from 11 AM to 8 PM and from 12 PM to 9 PM (both shifts rotate). **Work Location:** Blvr.
