We are a formal business located on the outskirts of Coita, en route to the Civil Protection Highway — a restaurant focused on smoke-infused and Chiapas-rooted cuisine. We offer à la carte menus and weekend morning buffets. A hotel is adjacent (currently non-operational). We seek a full-time waiter with minimum experience. Responsibilities: * Prompt customer service * Area arrangement * Cleaning of interior and exterior areas at the start and end of each shift * Washing and drying of dishes/plates * Daily cleaning tasks Further information and details will be provided during the interview.
