**We are seeking a Manufacturing or Process Engineer** **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Industrial or Electronics Engineering degree **EXPERIENCE as Process, Product, and Standards Engineer** Proven employment stability is mandatory **Proficiency in:** * Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements. * Applying practical knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process. * Creating processes and procedures that help the company meet budgetary objectives and performance targets. * Designing and developing new products and product prototypes together with the creative team. * Devising new solutions to existing manufacturing problems. * Developing standardized design criteria across all product lines. * Problem-solving analysis. * Establishing time and motion studies. * Using improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing). * Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks. * Updating engineering drawings. * Implementing changes on the shop floor. * Project tracking. * Modifying drawings. * Packaging knowledge. **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
