Job Summary: We are seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, ensure customer service excellence, and optimize business profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate bar staff 2. Ensure excellent customer service and effective complaint handling 3. Implement strategies to increase sales and foot traffic Position Required: Bar Manager Responsibilities: \* Supervise daily bar operations (opening and closing) \* Coordinate and direct staff (bartenders, servers, cashier, and security personnel) \* Ensure excellent customer service and proper handling of complaints \* Manage inventory of beverages, supplies, and glassware \* Authorize orders and coordinate with suppliers \* Monitor costs, sales, and profitability margins \* Supervise cash reconciliations and sales reports \* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and civil protection regulations \* Implement strategies to increase sales and foot traffic \* Verify adherence to internal policies and labor regulations \* Coordinate bar events, promotions, and activations \* Prepare operational reports for General Management Requirements: \* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position \* Availability to work night shifts, 4–5 days per week \*\*\* Salary is negotiable based on qualifications assessed during the interview Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,500\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
