TELIKA IS SEEKING – LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / SITE RESIDENT ENGINEER (MEDIUM AND LOW VOLTAGE) **Location: Cancún / Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo** **Company: Telika** **Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based** Responsibilities: * Lead electrical installations for industrial and infrastructure projects * Coordinate crews and subcontractors * Supervise construction quality and compliance * Interpret drawings and single-line diagrams * Track estimates and progress * Prepare and review As\-Built documentation * Coordinate testing and commissioning **Requirements:** * Licensed Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer * Minimum 7 years of experience * Demonstrable experience in: * Medium voltage (13\.2–15 KV) * Transformers * Electrical panels * Generators and UPS systems * Conduits and duct banks * Personnel supervision * NOM\-001\-SEDE regulations **Desirable:** **Experience in airport, hospitality, or industrial projects** **AutoCAD and MS Project** **Valid certifications or DC\-3 licenses** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Professional growth opportunities * Excellent work environment * Travel allowance (project-dependent) Salary: $11,078\.80 \- $23,242\.77 per month Workplace: On-site employment
