**Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico, ZIP Code 52927 **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description** A company specializing in **retail furniture development** is seeking a **Project Leader** for its **production department**, with extensive experience in **project management, planning, and execution** for commercial furniture. This role is critical for coordinating teams, ensuring product quality, and meeting delivery deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering**, or a related field. * Experience in **manufacturing high- and mid-range retail furniture**: commercial furniture, display units, booths, headboards, display cases, and glorifiers (**performing material take-offs, material requisition, production review, detailed quality inspection, delivery/installation**). * Experience in administration, planning, monitoring, and implementation of projects. * **Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory).** * **Advanced knowledge** of materials and processes in: Carpentry, Acrylics and plastics, Metalworking, Electrical systems and lighting. * **Valid driver’s license.** * **Ability to operate a standard vehicle.** **Skills** * Effective negotiation. * Decision-making. * Numerical and measurement skills. * Leadership and personnel management. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities** * Quoting materials for commercial furniture (display units, display cases, gondolas, etc.). * Material requisition. * Operational-level project development. * Production review. * Project development, planning, and execution. * Personnel and resource management. * Production supervision and adherence to timelines. * Quality control of finished products. * Resolution of issues arising during the manufacturing process.
