Proficiency in electronic case file consultation tools. **General Description** We are seeking a committed individual with a vocation for litigation and procedural management capability to provide support in handling civil, commercial, and amparo legal matters, ensuring timely tracking of judicial proceedings and procedures before various authorities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law with professional license. * Knowledge of civil, commercial, and amparo law. * Familiarity with procedures before courts and the Public Registry of Property and Commerce. * Experience conducting judicial and extrajudicial actions. * Proficiency in electronic case file consultation tools (SISE, Virtual Court, or similar). * High attention to detail and organizational ability. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * Adaptability, proactivity, and punctual adherence to procedural deadlines and timeframes. **Responsibilities** * Track judicial case files in civil, commercial, and amparo matters. * Conduct procedures before courts, tribunals, and the Public Registry. * Carry out judicial and extrajudicial actions (e.g., notifications, summonses, requests, among others). * Draft and review pleadings, motions, and complaints under supervision of the lead attorney. * Maintain updated records of case files, procedural deadlines, and timeframes. * Consult and track rulings and resolutions on electronic platforms. * Assist in compiling documentation for each legal matter. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $15,000\. * Statutory benefits.
