We are more than 121\.000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams comprising diverse profiles such as finance experts, legal specialists, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What are we looking for?** ========================== This position follows a hybrid work model, based at BBVA Parks. **Key Responsibilities**: * Request and track change reviews (CRQs) and certifications, including obtaining OCTA approval and installation dates. * Ensure job schedule requirements are met for CRQ closure. * Continuously monitor the status of project requirements. * Review and validate system requirements and non-functional requirements in detailed documentation. * Participate in validating data provisioning information. * Ensure tasks include specific titles, detailed descriptions, correct epic assignments, and deadlines. * Prioritize same-day ticket closure upon completion. * Use the "Feature" type associated with each story or bug on the SAP board. * Log all CRQs linked to performed installations. * Manage acceptance criteria using checklists and minimum extension requirements. * Provide instructions to cancel or block tickets belonging to the same workflow or project to maintain order. * Assign tickets according to their arrival order and team member availability. * Work on migrating processes to the new Jira board, including closing non-critical legacy tickets and migrating those currently in progress. * Develop procedural manuals for ticket creation requests from other departments. * Optimize APX components and review requirements for delegations across different workflows. **Job Challenges:** The main challenge of this role is effectively managing application support in a high-demand environment while maintaining composure and consistently adopting a proactive approach, alongside ensuring understanding and implementation of defined frameworks.
