Job Summary: This position seeks an IT Manager to ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of the group's technology platform, maximizing customer experience and operational efficiency. Training and development in hospitality and technology certifications **IT Manager** Splash Group * Location: Blvd. Aeropuerto 1435, Col., Predio San Carlos, 37672 León de los Aldama, Gto. * Employment Type: On-site \| Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Availability for travel and 24/7 on-call duty **Job Objective** Ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of the group's entire technology platform, contributing to maximizing customer experience and operational efficiency across the group's companies. **Responsibilities** * Manage technological platforms and systems such as PMS, POS, distribution channels, WiFi, CCTV, IP telephony, and billing systems. * Coordinate technological integration among the group's various companies and departments. * Perform backups, implement cybersecurity policies aligned with PCI\-DSS standards, and maintain disaster recovery plans. * Evaluate and implement automation, digital transformation, IoT, and data analytics projects. * Manage IT vendors, technology budget, and staff training. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (certified). * Minimum 3 years of IT experience and 2 years in hotel operations and/or 24/7 operational environments. * Proven experience with PMS or similar systems (Micros, Cloudbeds, or equivalents). * Knowledge of networking, SQL databases, Windows/Linux servers, and Power BI. * Ability to communicate and explain technical topics to non-technical personnel. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Internal discounts from Splash Group. * Corporate partnership agreements. * Training and development in hospitality and technology certifications. **Key Performance Indicators** * System availability exceeding 99\.5%. * Average resolution time under 30 minutes. * Zero critical security incidents.
