Advanced customer service skills. Job Functions or Activities Resolve inquiries and provide solutions related to shipments, pickups, and deliveries. Monitor shipment status in the system and support coordination of on-time deliveries. Perform loading, unloading, and stacking of packages in assigned areas, ensuring proper organization in accordance with safety and operational standards. Capture sender and recipient data in the system to generate shipping labels. Prepare Excel reports with accurate information on delivery status and progress.
