Location: Manzana 001, 54769 Cuautitlán Izcalli, Méx. Position Objective To deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring effective and proactive communication related to Estafeta’s shipping, pickup, and logistics services. Requirements Minimum education required: High school diploma or completed technical program. Minimum 6 months of experience in operational roles related to customer service, preferably in warehouses or distribution centers. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Advanced customer service skills. Job Functions or Activities Resolve inquiries and provide solutions related to shipments, pickups, and deliveries. Monitor shipment status in the system and support coordination of on-time deliveries. Perform loading, unloading, and stacking of packages in assigned areas, ensuring proper organization in accordance with safety and operational standards. Capture sender and recipient data in the system to generate shipping labels. Prepare Excel reports with accurate information on delivery status and progress.
