We are looking for a graphic designer who understands that each design is a key piece within a broader strategy. You will collaborate directly with strategists and copywriters in a dynamic environment where your work has a tangible impact and is valued by the entire team. What we are looking for: * Portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and visual storytelling ability. * Knowledge of AI tools for designers. * Proven experience in marketing or communications agencies (agile, results-oriented environments) or in design departments of: civil associations, government entities, or political parties. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and active curiosity about generative AI tools applied to design. * Excellent spelling. * Collaborative mindset: ability to interpret briefs, receive constructive feedback, and work within multidisciplinary teams.
