It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== * Coordinates plant change evaluations and works with the Quality Unit to ensure proper classification of such changes. * Analyzes and implements the company’s quality management system documentation (creation, approval, and release), as well as required updates to the plant’s document index. * Reviews requests for changes to documentation related to manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and regulations—and incorporates changes into the bill of materials or parts master. * Manages the document change control process for both the Quality Management System and the Safety and Hygiene department. * Notifies stakeholders of Quality Management System document releases and distributes controlled copies. * Manages external standards applicable to the plant. * Generates and distributes quality metrics. * Actively participates in internal and external audits, facilitating access to quality system documentation. * Provides technical support and responds to customers and other departments regarding metrics and trends. * Facilitates training for functional areas on processes under their responsibility.
