Reinforce the culture of teamwork. **Job Objective** Support general construction site activities, contributing to the efficient advancement of projects, maintaining order and safety, and reinforcing the culture of teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Load, unload, and transport materials within the construction site. * Keep work areas clean and organized. * Assist supervisors and site engineers with basic construction tasks (e.g., mixing materials, preparing tools, assembling scaffolding, etc.). * Comply with safety measures and use personal protective equipment correctly. * Promptly report any incidents or material shortages. * Assist in the final disposal of waste and debris, following sustainability and safety guidelines. **Required Profile** * Education: Minimum secondary school level (preferred). * Experience: 1 year; prior experience in construction or similar activities is valued. * Skills: Willingness to work in a team, responsibility, punctuality, proactive attitude. * Physical requirements: Ability to perform prolonged physical effort and work outdoors. **Key Competencies** * Teamwork * Discipline and adherence to instructions * Commitment to safety * Adaptability and quick learning Salary: $3,000\.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
