We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** Increase placement of SME products developed by the institution in accordance with established guidelines to meet targets, profitability, and market share objectives within this segment. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Promoting the various services comprising the SME Integrated Solution, as well as Crediactivo, TDC Empuje Negocios, TPV, BEM or BxI, and Payroll products, to fulfill established targets. * Identifying new customers in the market to promote products and achieve successful sales. * Collecting and compiling the credit file with documentation provided by the customer to conduct the corresponding analysis across various systems. * Monitoring credit line, promissory note, and transaction maturities to request and collect information enabling renewal of transactions, reclassification of credit lines, and prevention of overdue portfolios. * Tracking and managing credit lines undergoing authorization, contracting, reclassification, and restructuring with relevant service-providing departments to identify whether adjustments are needed or missing documentation that can be gathered to avoid process delays. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Academic fields: Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics * Experience areas: Financial sector business, general knowledge of credit and financial analysis, SME products * Required skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sales * Languages (not applicable) * Excellent presentation; proactive, creative, results-oriented, ability to motivate others, verbal and written communication, etc. At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
