**Quality Management System Engineer (Trilingual: Spanish – English – Chinese)** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented **Quality Management System Engineer** to support, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System within our plastic injection manufacturing operation. This role will serve as a key communication bridge between local and international teams while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, Mechanical, or related field). * Fluent in **Spanish, English, and Chinese (Mandarin)** — spoken and written. * Experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of quality standards and systems such as **ISO 9001, IATF 16949** (if applicable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements. * Develop, update, and control quality procedures and documentation. * Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits package. * Professional growth opportunities. * Dynamic and multicultural work environment.
