Responsibilities:
**The Opportunity**
The primary function of this role is to provide visibility, guidance, and support toward improving the Salty Raw Material Performance (RMP%) indicator. This includes ensuring results through the development of national and local strategies, identifying and prioritizing root causes behind performance gaps and opportunities, and driving digital innovations to enhance decision-making efficiency—all in close collaboration and communication with Plant, MOS, QC, Procurement, Planning, and Agro teams. **Your Impact**
As an SC Assoc Analyst, your responsibilities would include:
Productivity Coordinator – Salty MP Performance (Scope: Salty Plants PMF)
* % Salty Raw Material Performance vs AOP
* Salty Raw Material Performance Savings vs AOP
* Provide weekly and monthly visibility of Salty RMP% to operations, highlighting priorities for plant leaders to improve the indicator—including KPIs and savings.
* Coordinate Salty RMP% management by developing strategies, tracking improvement plans, identifying projects, initiatives, and best practices to increase performance and savings—in collaboration with support areas, IIA Coordinators, and integrated teams.
* Coordinate weekly sessions with plants and the MOS team to identify, analyze, and prioritize bulk materials and process variables presenting opportunities in product manufacturing—guiding operational action plans.

* Participate in deep-dive sessions with multidisciplinary teams to detect opportunities, address root causes, develop action plans, track execution of agreed-upon actions, and evaluate future investments to increase RMP%.
* Conduct induction/onboarding on RMP% for new Productivity and IIA Coordinators; advise and train them on strategies, SAP transactions, etc.; align facilitators and support areas on indicator understanding, tool usage, and methodologies—aiming for continuous indicator improvement.
* Participate in key cross-functional sessions influencing the Salty RMP% indicator: R\&D (ingredient changes and productivity projects); Procurement (raw material changes and plant supply); QC (raw material quality and process variables); MOS (productivity projects, BPMs, rollout of new tools); DVC (transformation projects and indicator improvements).
* Ensure adherence to and alignment with national Salty RMP% governance criteria and the Productivity Framework—promoting integrity and transparency in processes by providing monthly visibility of sensitive operational movements.
* Generate annual AOP proposals and FCST updates, identifying potential against trends, BIC, and local benchmarks—based on top opportunities and established strategies to achieve AOP. Coordinate agenda with plants to set AOP.
* Develop and promote use of technologies, digitization, dashboards, and macros to automate deliverables and analyses—enabling faster decision-making and more effective action plans aligned with identified opportunities.
* Collaborate with plants and Project Engineering to assess CAPEX/OPEX needs; analyze and calculate cost-benefit of initiatives delivering benefits to Raw Material Performance.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?** **Experience*** Experience in similar roles coordinating performance metrics, knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS)—including opportunity analysis and root cause analysis—and Production experience.
* Analytical: Identify improvement gaps, conduct root cause analysis, spot process opportunities, benchmark against other sites, and resolve problems rapidly.
* Change Management: Anticipate shifts in platform trends; develop and promote action plans to eliminate opportunities.
* Transformational Leadership: Inspire and motivate people to drive changes that improve the RMP% indicator.
* Talent Development: Train and develop plant IIA Coordinators to manage the indicator at each site; share critical knowledge with personnel involved in Performance roles.
* Effective Communication & Innovation: Design and promote available technology to enable faster, more effective opportunity analysis.
* Collaboration, Teamwork & Influence: Partner effectively with key functions—including plants, Project Engineering, Procurement, Agro—to drive indicator improvement.
