A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR** We are seeking a technical information control specialist to join our Architecture and Design team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (**Degree and Professional License mandatory**). * Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural and construction document administration. * Advanced Excel proficiency; AutoCAD expertise; Revit / BIM 360 knowledge preferred. * Intermediate English (technical terminology comprehension required). * High level of organization, attention to detail, and process orientation. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities** * Track timely delivery and approval processes for material samples required for the project. * Coordinate and track the delivery, review, and approval of shop drawings. * Develop and maintain the project’s Master Drawing List (MDL) continuously. * Manage and track responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and submissions of technical documentation (submittals). * Actively collaborate in preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the project. * Prepare, update, distribute, and formally track the Issue Tracker report. * Prepare progress reports for design consultants. * Collaborate in drafting meeting minutes to ensure accurate recording of agreements and commitments. * Ensure technical information is distributed promptly and accurately to all individuals, departments, and external companies involved. **Offer** * Competitive and attractive salary * Statutory benefits * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Work location: **LOMAS ALTAS, CDMX** Salary: $111,000.00 - $112,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
